With over 30 years of experience in quality assurance and quality management, I have developed profound expertise through my international roles as an auditor and EQHS manager. My career is shaped by a strong combination of solid education, practical experience, and continuous professional development.
I hold a master’s degree in business and have completed REFA training, which enables me to systematically analyse and optimize business processes and workflows. Through numerous advanced training courses in quality management, I stay up to date with the latest developments and requirements.
A particular focus of my work lies in escalation management. I have extensive experience in systematically analysing and resolving critical quality issues, including developing action plans to ensure sustainable improvements. This expertise has helped me restore stability and efficiency even in complex and dynamic projects.
Additionally, I have comprehensive experience in building and implementing management systems aligned with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22163, and IATF 16949. These systems are designed not only to meet regulatory requirements but also to optimize business processes. I support companies in creating structures that are not only compliant but also serve as a foundation for continuous improvement.
Recently, I completed training on ISO 37001 (Anti-Corruption Management Systems). This course deepened my knowledge of identifying corruption risks, implementing effective control mechanisms, and fostering ethical behavior. It strengthens my ability to assist organizations in establishing a robust compliance culture and implementing internationally recognized standards.
As a 3rd Party Auditor, I am licensed for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22163, and IATF 16949. Combined with my international experience, this qualification allows me to successfully integrate best practices from diverse cultural and economic contexts and develop tailored solutions.
My goal is to ensure compliance with standards, drive strategic improvements, and support organizations in establishing sustainable and future-proof management structures.
